All orders placed on Houseofwallpaper.co.uk are printed to order.
Once your order has been confirmed, you have 24 hours to request any modification or cancellation. After this window, production begins and your order is typically printed and dispatched within 48 to 72 hours of confirmation.
You will receive:

a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information

Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement, reprint or refund.
Cancellations & Print-to-Order Policy
As all wallpapers are printed to order, we offer a limited cancellation window:
- Within 24 hours of payment : orders can be modified or cancelled for a full refund.
- After 24 hours : orders can no longer be modified, cancelled, or refunded — unless the item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Customers are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible if they need to amend or cancel an order.

Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted in the following cases:
- Within 14 days of delivery for any reason, provided the item is unused, not installed, and in its original packaging (return shipping at customer's expense)
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect items (return shipping covered by us)
